For Organisations

High performance under pressure, without the burnout

Your wellbeing strategy isn't working.

The apps nobody opens. The awareness weeks that change nothing. The bananas in the office fruit bowl that are disintegrating about as quickly as your team’s morale.

Your top performers are managing. Until they're not. And by the time it's visible, you’ve got as much of a chance of stopping it as you have trying put out a house fire with a tea towel.

The problem isn't knowing wellbeing matters. It's that nothing you've tried has actually changed how your people feel under pressure.

Here's what actually changes it

Most wellbeing programmes paper over the cracks.

What your people actually need is the tools to bring themselves back to baseline, on demand, without needing three glasses of wine.

No more bad calls derailing someone’s entire day.

No more overthinking the tone of that ambiguous Slack message.

No more mentally replaying conversations from last week.

We equip your team with evidence-informed strategies to manage stress, regulate their nervous system and perform optimally, taught from lived experience.

Practical tools your people can actually use - for a minute in between meetings, before a high-stakes pitch, in the middle of a difficult week.

Anywhere.

Anytime.

The outcome isn't just a calmer office. It's a team that performs when it matters, and recovers properly when they get the chance.

What does this mean for your business?

Less stressed and more resilient teams lead to:

  • Increased productivity and performance

  • Reduced staff turnover and hiring costs

  • Fewer sick days, absenteeism and presenteeism

How to work together

Performance Clinics

High impact weekly sessions for under-pressure teams, designed to fit into your team’s day - not replace it.

Practical tools for managing stress and sustaining performance - without needing to step away for a full day. Perfect to start your teams day on the right foot or stop the afternoon slump.

Four sessions per month. One hour each. Delivered in-person or remotely.

From £1,000 per month

Intensive Workshops

For teams that want to go deeper.

We integrate multiple modalities including mindfulness, breathwork, and performance frameworks to help your people understand why they respond the way they do, and how to change it in a way that actually sticks. Ideal for teams navigating high attrition, burnout and major transitions.

Half-day workshops. Delivered in-person.

From £2,500

These are not “sit and take notes” sessions. To be honest, we think that’s boring. How many times have you yawned your way through a workshop or enablement call counting down the minutes, then forgotten half of it?

Every session is underpinned by theory, and experiential by nature. We will teach your team how and why these strategies work, then we’ll put them into action immediately. We want your team to leave feeling different from when they arrived - and they will.

Why Kenshō?

I’m Scott, Founder of The KWC.

I spent 6 years in sales as a top performer globally with multiple President’s Clubs along the way. I know what it takes to perform at the highest level under intense pressure. I also know what it takes to completely burn out. Multiple times.

The final straw was when I finally hit all of my personal milestones, and felt completely empty. No jumping for joy, no tears. Just: “is this it?”, followed by a long, slow, uneventful loss of any motivation to keep the charade up - the same way it’s probably happening to someone on your team right now.

That experience completely changed my life’s trajectory. I swapped cold calls for meditation, offices for monasteries, and President’s Club trips for silent retreats.

I’ve since applied the same obsession I had back then to understanding how human beings navigate pressure, and how we can build a life for ourselves that allows us to perform at our best without sacrificing our careers, health, wellbeing.

I have a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences, I’m a Certified Performance Coach, Mindfulness Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, Personal Trainer, Mental Health First Aider, and I’m currently training to become a Counsellor.

The KWC exists for the people who are “successful” of the outside and quietly falling apart on the inside.

I’ve been that person, I know what your team is going through, and I know how to help.
