What makes this different: every session integrates nervous system regulation techniques, including breathwork. You won't just talk about being stressed — you'll physically shift out of that state during the session. Your shoulders will drop. Your breathing will deepen. We don't have a formula. We don't pretend to know your way through, because it's different for everyone. What we do know is that there is a way through — and we're going to find it together.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Therapy typically focuses on understanding and processing the past. Coaching is more focused on where you are now and where you want to get to. That said, things from the past will inevitably come up — and when they do, we'll work with them. If something surfaces that would benefit from therapeutic support, we'll always be upfront about that.

  • Not at all. The nervous system regulation techniques are woven into sessions naturally. You don't need any experience — just a willingness to try something different. Most people are surprised by how much of a difference it makes.

  • Fortnightly works well for most people — it gives you enough time to sit with what came up and put things into practice before the next session. But it's flexible. Some people prefer weekly, especially at the start.

  • That's exactly what the discovery call is for. We'll have an honest conversation about where you are and what might help — and if coaching isn't the right fit, we'll tell you.

  • No. Some people come because they're burning out. Others come because they're performing well but know they could feel better doing it. Some come because they've lost sight of who they are outside of work. There's no minimum threshold of struggle required.

  • Then something needed to shift. This is a zero-judgement space. Whatever comes up is welcome, and you'll be supported through it. Most people are relieved to finally have somewhere they can drop the mask.

  • Some employers have development budgets or wellbeing allowances that cover coaching. It's worth asking — many people are surprised to find out it's available to them. We can provide invoices or documentation if needed.

  • Sessions are available in person in London or online via Zoom — whichever works for you.
